Regional Committees
FIABCI consists of four regional committees which provide a forum for sharing knowledge and experience related to the real estate activity in specific regions of the world. FIABCI is represented by chapters, or direct Principal Members, in the following categories :

Administration Division
- The Membership Committee
- The Conference Committee

The Membership Committee
This Committee’s purpose is to implement Board strategies and objectives concerning the Federation’s members; it is responsible for promoting membership recruitment and retention; for providing Chapters with materials and other forms of support for recruiting, retaining, and providing services to their members
The Conference Committee
This committee is responsible for advising the Board and the General Assembly on matters related to special events organised by FIABCI Committees or Chapters, using the FIABCI name, involving members from more than two Chapters, assuring that they satisfy the policies and objectives of the Federation as defined by the Board and the General Assembly.
The Finance Committee
This committee is responsible for advising the Board and the General Assembly on matters related to the proper funding of FIABCIs activities, both current and projected
The Nominations Committee
This committee proposes to the General Assembly :
- Nominations for World President and Deputy World President
- Elected Members of the Board Presidents, Vice Presidents and Secretaries General of the Specialist, Standing and Regional Committees
- Vice Presidents of the Internal Committees
- Permanent representatives of FIABCI with the United Nations Organisation
The Young Members Committee
This committee represents the only worldwide platform available to real estate professionals under the age of 35. Its purpose is to provide young real estate professionals with new contacts and privileged information to improve their business and build their careers.
International Relations Division
This division includes 4 Committees
- The International Organisations Committee
- The Exchanges Committee
- The Environment and Legislation Committee
- The Education Committee
The International Organisations Committee
This committee monitors the work of FIABCIs representatives at important international bodies (including the United Nations and the European Union), ensuring that FIABCI policy is properly co-ordinated and carried out in a consistent manner by the different appointed delegates.
The Exchanges Committee
This committee plans and implements programmes to permit its members to travel to other countries, or to receive their colleagues from those countries. In order to experience first hand the methods utilised by real estate professionals abroad, and to participate in study programmes at University and other levels.

The Environment and Legislation Committee
This committee deals with questions relating to real estate and tax legislation, and those relating to environmental issues.
The Education Committee
This committee and the Academic Members Circle deal with real estate education and professional standards
The Professional Division
The Professional Division, which includes three committees, is concerned with activities designed to further the level of expertise of the real estate professional:
- to promote the sharing of experience among these same professionals
- and to communicate business opportunities between them
- The Principal Members Council
- The Marketing and Networking Committee
- The Forums Committee
The Principal Members Council
This Council allows the national associations which are members of Fiabci to work together for their optimum benefit. The Council is responsible for the professional programmes at FIABCI congresses.
The Marketing and Networking Committee
This committee is responsible for organising the marketing sessions, networking sessions and the real estate panoramas which take place at FIABCI congresses.
The Forums Committee
This committee enables members to exchange information regarding :
- education
- professional techniques
- business opportunities
- regulations
- norms and new developments within their particular speciality,
- share information with other FIABCI members and interested professionals throughout the world.
There are five forums in the committee:
- Office Industrial Property Forum
- Retail Property Forum
- Leisure Property Forum
- Residential Property Forum
- Rural Property Forum
